Statutory Declaration of Common law Union

My husband and I are doing his OWP application and we have to include the Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union (IMM 5409) but it doesn't say anything in the guide about it and we are not sure if we have to complete it because we are married and not common law or conjugal. Please help!!!

If you are married, then obviously there is no need for stat declaration of common-law since you are not common-law.
Ignore any reference to it.
