Hello, I've got a question about filling out this form.
I am from New York, and have been dating my girlfriend, who is a Canadian Citizen for over two years. The thing is, we dated and lived together while we were in Korea. Now I am in NY trying to visit Canada and must fill out this form, but the wording of the form is very confusing.
At the top it says "Country" and "Province". Those should say Canada because that is where she lives, and where I am trying to travel to, correct?
Also the following sections to fill out are also worded a bit strangely. Since we lived in Korea together, should the following location be filled out for our place there, or for her info in Canada. She is the one filling this out.
