Hey there I been on Canada for almost 4 years . I got here as a refugee claimant.
and got deny for " generalized reasons " MS 13?then I applied under the humanitarian and compassion grounds.
On September the 19 of this year i show up for and immigration interview. However I got a letter for pre removal risk assessment ( if I did not summited I could just simply go back.( and that's something I can't do )
Now I'm just waiting for and answer.
But the chances are 3% of being approve. And I'm hoping to be in the 3% but I'm a realistic person and there are 97% of being deny.
ever since I got here I worked and finish my high school. But I couldn't went to post secondary
because of my status. I have not status. And cant apply for a student loan. And the bank won't loan me for the same reasons.
Now it's been a year and half since I finish high school. I been trying to keep up online. But with not credentials. I feel opress when I see time go by and see my self getting older and older. And can't do anything about it.
My question is
is there any way I can become resident and get status faster. Or what options do I have.? And what can I do to stay here I got all my friends here and family here and I'm afraid to go back to my home country. And losse all I had accomplished here. :'(
Please some help and good advice on what should I do now? can i get a work permit again? ( i had a work permit but it expired. On february of this year.i did not renew it ) The feeling of not having control of your future is depresing me please help me.
