Status while waiting for a PGWP and restoration of Study Permit

I have just applied for a PGWP from Canada, along with an application for a restoration of my study permit - I have already graduated, and my study permit has expired. I am currently in Canada as a visitor, and my visitor visa from the USA expires November 7th. Do I still have to leave the country by then, or do I have any status in Canada while my PGWP and Study Permit restoration is pending? Thank you!

1. You have implied status until you get a response on restoration. So you can remain.
