Status updated to "In Process" finally !

My status got updated finally to "In process" from "Received by Visa Office".. Have received new file number as well..

Any Idea by when I can expect Medical/RPRF/Passports request from now ?

Initiall app received at CHC - NS : 22nd July 2009
File Number received : 15th Sep 2009
120 Days deadline docs recvd at CHC : 3rd Dec 2009
Status updated to "Received by Visa Office" : 17th Dec 2009
Status updated to "In Process" : 18th Jan 2010 (they have mentioned that they started reviewing our application on 14th jan 2010)..

Hopefully, it comes by the end of Jan 2010..
