Status of submitted additional document turned into "Cancelled" on new IRCC portal

I submitted my visitor visa application on May 31st on the new IRCC portal and did my Biometric on June 8th. However, in June 6th I received a message from IRCC saying that additional document is required for my military record. I prepared all the document and submitted it on June 10th.

For the past 10 days the status of my additional document was "Submitted" but now it's "Cancelled" and all the button in the additional document screen are greyed out. any idea why?

there is no new message on the portal and I did not get any notification yet. I was just checking my account randomly and saw the status turned to "Cancelled"

Hello. The same happened to me. I submitted two documents out of 4, and they had a green tick beside them. Now it shows "cancelled". Though, the other two documents requested still have the option to upload and submit. Although I'm not sure when that happened exactly, it certainly changed in the last 2-3 days, probably the same day as yours - 21/06. Now I'm totally puzzled.

Hi. The same situation happened to me, I submitted the requested additional documents on 16.06.2023 and the status showed it was submitted. But Today when I check my account randomly, the column was grey and it shows "CANCELLED". Still, on my application page, the is still a notice of "action required" but now I cannot click anything with the grey button when I'm redirected to the submission page. Does anyone know what happened and what should I do? Does it mean that there's something wrong with my document? Or has anyone received any feedback afterwards?

Nothing new so far, I am not sure what is causing this. I raised an inquiry online through IRCC webform and explained the situation and waiting for their response. I also attached my additional document to that inquiry in case they haven't received it. I would recommend doing the same

Hello guys, hope you are doing good. What is the status of your case. Looking for "cancelled' directed me to this string. I had the same situation last year around June and was asked for documents again this March. waiting for IRCC response after applying for TRV last year in April.
