I submitted my visitor visa application on May 31st on the new IRCC portal and did my Biometric on June 8th. However, in June 6th I received a message from IRCC saying that additional document is required for my military record. I prepared all the document and submitted it on June 10th.
For the past 10 days the status of my additional document was "Submitted" but now it's "Cancelled" and all the button in the additional document screen are greyed out. any idea why?
there is no new message on the portal and I did not get any notification yet. I was just checking my account randomly and saw the status turned to "Cancelled"
