Status in Canada

Hey there I applied for my permanent residence family class as a spouse of Canadian citizen just 4-5 days before my open graduate work permit expired. I am just wondering that should I wait for my first Stage approval to apple for work permit or visitor visa or should I do it right away because I have no status here anymore. It’s been 24 days since my status expired.

You should have included the open work permit with your spousal sponsorship application. This would have allowed you to remain in status in Canada. Since you didn't do this, you are in fact out of status in Canada, you should apply to restore your status asap as a first step.
