my husband has applied for Family Sponsorship as well as a work permit, His visitors visa is about to expire the 31st of August do i need to extend his visitor visa again or can I just wait to see if he gets his work permit? The work permit was submitted as well as the Family Sponsorship on June 15th 2016.

The work permit application gives him implied status until they have made a decision.
