I applied for a Skilled worker immigration for Canada on Feb 2010 through a consultancy office and got the medical letter on May 2014 (that's a lot I know!) and then after couple of months they asked for the passport, of course all of this was told by the consultancy office, everything is normal by now, but the weird this is that the cic status hasn't changed since 2012 and it says that the application is "in process" and the last update was "Your application was reviewed and we started processing on January 13, 2012". Is that normal?.
