Status changed to "Decision made" but no medical request as yet

Permanent Residence
1.We received your application for permanent residence on October 29, 2014.
2.We started processing your application on January 15, 2015.
3.We transferred your application to the London England office on January 26, 2015. The London England office may contact you.

No correspondence whatsoever, the status suddenly changed from inprocess to decision made 2 weeks back.

Please help me understand the current status

It probably means rejection. However, please keep your fingers crossed

Thats what i understood by reading different posts,

But in majority cases new line has been added that decision made on the application and office will communicate to you,
But in my case there is old 3 lines no change since january 25
