On 16th August, 2010 the below mentioned CHC link was updated and now the wait time for who had applied before 28 February 2008 from New Delhi, India has been updated straightaway to 90 Months (7 yrs. and 6 months) from previous 76 months (6 Yrs. and 4 months). Supremely Atrocious.

I have checked today and my e-cas is showing that "Received by Visa office".

Hope that other forum members e-cas will also change and they get a positive reply.

I have applied in April 2009 (London visa office)
timeline as below

2 April Recieved in Nova Scotia
21 April letter from nova scotia
15 July docs submitted to consultant except ielts
19 Aug consultant requested signature of forms again
3 Nov recieved by visa office on ecas
25 Jan in process (started processing january 23rd)
18 Feb medical request recieved dated 25/01/2010 along with landing fees request and additional police clearance only main applicant
20 Feb medical done
21 Police clearance done (additional document)
24 feb Med sent
2 August (dated 27th July) PPR
03 aug PP sent
04 Aug PP delivered
16 Aug Decision made
Waiting for passports
