In SOP I submitted on IRCC website, I had mention about my family in which I wrote My sister is studying in Concordia University but she just completed Aug last week and got work permit(on Aug 30 2022) and I submitted LOR on 16th Sep 2022.
Now I am worried that I have provided wrong info. Will this effects me? Is there anything I can do now?

when you submitted the SOP if your sister was studying at Concordia it should be fine. The fact that your sister is in Canada could create issues because of ties to Canada.

That is the problem, I wrote studying and submitted yesterday but she got work permit 10days before. Will they find out and reject me for false information

No. That does not fall under misrepresentation but you will have to overcome family ties in Canada. it is good you disclosed

Would send in a webform clarifying that your sister had just graduated and that when composing the SOP she was still studying so indicated she was a student. Not absolutely necessary but assume it will make you feel better to clarify.
