Need some help.
My fiance (Serbian) and I (Canadian) are organizing our wedding for end of May 2016. I know I need a Statement in Lieu to marry in Serbia. However, we work together on a ship and are in Australia/New Zealand until April 2016.
I need:
The application
The statutory delcaration of my single status
To send a cheque to pay??
Can I have a declaration notarized by a lawyer or notary in Australia or NZ?
The website isn't so specific about this.
Also, am I missing some other documents for the Statement in Lieu?
My passport is being held by the ship's crew office. My birh certificate and my certified copies are at home in Canada.
