Starting a fast food joint

My spouse wants to start a fast food joint in Calgary. Do we have some representatives who can help her with the entire process of giving guidance regarding the procedure and arranging different approvals on her behalf ?

Do you know which company you wish to open? They have different requirements. For example, to franchise a Tim Horton's, they prefer experience in the restaurant, a investment of $50,000 - $80,000 CAD, and they also prefer couples running a restaurant. I looked into this myself as I'm an experienced manager with full confidence I could operate a restaurant, but I don't have the cash available to start

I'll help you with what I know - although I'm not Canadian, so I don't know the exact way you must get licenses and register a business.... but it can't be hard

There are also organizations who support small business owners with things like start-up loans, etc. Look up those in your area and network as much as possible.

Your best bet is to go with the franchise route such as subway, Quiznos etc. They are well established and will guide you through the whole process.

I am aliza from Pakistan and my father wants to set up a petrol station in Canada so can anyone tell me what are the requirements about money and what are the conditions? I daily visit many sites but can't get anyone so please tell me?
