I am a full time employee with a company and was planning to start a business of my own where i wud be working after my normal working hours and on weekends. The business wud not have any conflict of interest with my current employer.
Wanted to check if i am legally entitled to start a new business while already employed and if i can get some details around how i can do that and things to take care of.
Any help is appreciated.
