Could you explain what you mean by "free". You don't have to use an immigration lawyer or consultant.
The process however is expensive in it's own right..

When I visit sites regarding immigration to Canada, you usually have to pay a fee, like anyone else I'd like to pay when I'm sure my money isn't going to waste, was this enough?? Oh, and thanks by the way.
