Hello,

Please, what is the implication if my start date for my work is before the date listed on my last academic certificate.
I had concluded exams and done all necessary procedures and left to start work, but the school board didnt approve the result until a later date.
Does it affect my application or I should just get a reference letter addressing my change of position/promotion (which was soon after though) and not mention the first few moonths on the job in the previous position (same NOC)?

It is quite a normal pratice, degrees come much later than last examination and one normally starts working, in many cases fag end of last semester as well which is mostly for internships. This is I am talking about professional degrees.

go with the facts as they are. fill the form basis the dates in the documents you have. don't try to manipulate anything to match. there is no reason to worry in this regard.
