Standing at the end of study period ?

While applying for EE, in education section we have this question
Standing at the end of study period ?

What should one select, if they have :

1. completed their studies (from Canadian University)
2. Got completion letter and transcript

*But yet to receive the diploma.

Can such a person apply for EE.?

Did you ever get an update for this ?! we are in the same situation and not sure how to answer the "Standing at the end of study period ?" as it is really not clear why one would get 0 points if we got the completion letter but due to COVID the diploma has been pushed out !
