Standing at 417, independent contractor, need suggestions

So my CRS is only 417, I did my Master's in Canada and currently I am with my PGWP. I am working as an independent contractor for 1 year but looks like I can't claim the points as this is a self employment according to cic. My PGWP is going to be expired within 6 months. Hope of getting PR is looking bleak. I didn't get OINP as well, because within the last 5 yrs, I have only 6 months of work experience. Do you guys have any suggestions? Can I try something else (PNP)?

request a ruling from the CRA. Based on your previous posts, it sounds like you may be a de facto employee.
