Hi All,
I am from Hong Kong with stamped visa(Vistor) on my passport. Due to some reason, I need to get driving license in Vancouver. But ICBC accept "paper visa" instead of "stamped visa" only. So my questions are:
1. Is it possible to change stamped visa to paper visa?
2. If yes, can I do in Canada Border? I will go to US for one day trip this week!

Thanks everyone!

I'm interested in this too as I am going to Canada in 2 weeks and holding an international driving license issued by HK GOV. It valid up to 1 year. As Im applying common law sponship and I chose to wait in Canada as HK passport holder have 6 months visa free for visiting Canada, so while I'm in Canada I will have my stamped visa too.

1. Can I use my international driving license in BC for the first year when I'm in Canada?
2. When do I need to apply for my Canada *BC* driving license?

Thank you very much
