No I know it is in Ontario but it is in the far North. Well you include it in your application and they can check through their partners. Easy to do. Approval is based on your funds, education and career advancement to justify spending tens of thousands, ties to home country, career opportunities in home country, marks/transcripts etc.

Ohh okay.... And how does the embassy verify the docs?? Coz my University doesn't have UGC or AICTE but the HRD attestations and MEA...

They know what institutions are credible. You apply with your transcripts so that is all IRCC may need.
