SSS and BIR requirements (Filipino Nurses Immigrating to Quebec)

Good day po!

hello.. here's my situation..

SSS member na po ako, self-employed but never paid for contributions since then. will i be paying from the start of my membership?

tas, yung sa BIR naman,kasi po volunteer exp lang po ako meron, what form should i fill up po for me to have a certificate of na no taxable income.

hi ang sss na nirerequire nila ay yung related sa work experience lang where in yuo are claiming points otherwise its useless..

Yung volunteer naman i don't think makakapagclaim ka ng points dyan anyway opinion ko lang nman yun

would you mind if i will ask kung ilan ang points mo without the volunteer experience?
