Anyone know if you're eligible to apply for either SSHRC or FRQSC while on PGWP? What if you're waiting for PR through QSWP (and have CSQ already)? I know you're not allowed to study with CSQ but postdocs count as work, not school. The question is, are PGWP holders eligible to apply?
