My husband was asked to go for a Sputum test. And he needs to go for the second x-ray on 14th October.
However, in my EE profile, it shows "Replacement Needed" in the Upfront Medical Exam section and the document needs to be uploaded before 16th August.
We only have the payment receipts of the Sputum test done.
So what documents do we upload on the portal?

P.S. The request for Sputum Test was initiated on 1st May. However, we did not receive any communication from our Panel Physician or CIC about that.
It was only on 16th July that we got an email from CIC that some documents have not been uploaded by us or our panel physician. And we are given a month's time to submit the same.
