spp vs general?

I see some people applying under general...why is that?

Unless that were rejected, but most people that I see here that go for general do not do spa first..


any specific reasons here, in what ways is General better than SPP?

I mean under what circumstances?

Different people's circumstances might be different, so maybe that is why they chose general, any ideas what the circumstances were?

then u were reading all wrong .. most go for SPP if applying for the first time ( I guess almost everyone )
