spp visa got rejected ! how many chances to get visa if i apply under genral ??

Hello Everbdy ,

My file reached chc-chd on 2 july i got rejection today ! (reason -->course irrelevant in light of past studies )

many of my frnds are saying to re-file my case under general category

how many chances are there for visa if i go ahead !

any suggestions will be appreciated !

here is my profile:-

diploma in mechanical 58%
3.5 year exp as machinist in manufacturing company

course applied - mechanical technician : draft and design
1year fee paid
got GIC
6 lac annual income.

Apply under General and also include strong SOP in the file for providing the good explanation to Visa Officer.

seems like a tad bit of mismatch....try to apply for some machining course u applied for design and drafting which is not ur experience ...but again u can apply in general again

Success rate is the only thing we can't measure. You are applying under General so you should show good financial which will show that you have strong ties to your home country. You will get visa 8)
