Can i change my college from spp to non spp

do u already have a study permit? or ur still in ur home country? after june 1 u have to check if ur college is on approved list before changing and inform CIC about ur change. however if ur changing right now u can do so without notifying(before june 1st). also u should check if ur new college qualifies for PGWP.
