SPP Student Visa Rejection ...........Want to reapply kindly guide me.

Dear Sir,
I am Rakesh Patil from India. I have done my BHMS and PG in Clinical Research and working as a Clinical research Coordinator in The Hospital and was applied for Practical Nursing in Sheridan college in Davis Campus Canada under SPP program for September 2011 intake and put my file on 26 of jul 2011. as per as My Working feild and strong medical back ground this course is very much related and essential to boost my career both at national and International level.

My ielts score 6.0


I got rejection and they have mentioned reason for rejection:

You have not satisfied me that you will leave Canada by the end of the period authorized for your stay because:-

Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of your qualification, previous studies, employment, level of establishment, other educational opportunities available in India or Canada, language abilities, or your future prospects and plans.

Now I am Planing to apply for Jan Intake .

Please guide me that I can get Canadian study visa this time.

My questions:

1. Should I change my course and college?
2. Could I apply under SPP again? If Yes then can I put SOP in with my Application to satisfy an answer there reason of rejection, as i am under impression that , we cant put any extra document other than SPP checklist.?
2. Should I apply under SPP or General quota?. Can we Put Our SOP in General Student Visa Application?
3. What are the chances for me to get positive result next time?

If I cant put any extra documentation like SOP in file for satisfying them for their Quetion of Visa rejection, then how the Visa officer will get the idea about our future plan and correlation of my academics with proposed study.?

Pleas guide me for the same.

I Also given my Pre nursing Health Occupation Aptitude Test and scored well to meet their admission criteria. Only Illegible Student can appear for this test.

Hii dear....I also got same reason..
and my IELTS score is also same..
So, I am reappearing for IELTS again this month..

Points:

Yes you can change your college and course.
Once you got refusal under SPP u have to apply under general.
In general it is mendatory to put SOP.
Also check General Check list..

and at last don't loose hope....just try...
and no gurantee for +tive result...the thing is that just pray and reapply....

Hi,

1. Can you tell us, what is the common thing between BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine & Surgery) and Practical Nursing?
I am from a non-medical background even thn its quite evident to me that your previous education (BHMS) is in no way co-relate with your proposed education (Practical Nursing) Correct me If I am wrong!

2. There is absolutely no use of putting your SOP along with your file. Just ask yourself, how is it possible for Visa Officer to verify the contents of SOP (Emotional Story and nothing else). SOP is not a part of checklist (Neither in General or SPP!). No one is going to read your SOP because it can’t be conclusive and verifiable. There is no logic of adding anything other thn your checklist requirement.

3. You have a good academic background so I advise you to focus on a Master Level Course (PG Diploma/Degree) on a University Level. A proposed Master level course is much better for your credentials.

I got rejection for Jan 2014 for Dalhousie University Sad.. the reason of refusal:your proposed stdies r nt reasonable in light of 1 or more of: ur qualifications, previous stdies, employment , level of establishment, language abilities, or ur future propects and plans.
I got admission in dalhousie UNI for M.engg in internetworking. my profile is B.E (E&C) 58% (10 backlogs with repeatation) and an year gap during U.G means B.E completed in 5 years. IELTS- 6.5 (min 6 in each),also my final year project was on networking and I have also submitted a certificate from a private institute of N+, CCNA, MCSE where I have done training of these networking courses .. sufficient funds shown, but SOP was very poor... applied under university category.. now how to resolve this issue with this profile?? plz guide me, I am desparately looking for help on this as I want to re-apply soon for the same intake..
