SPP or SDS visa

Hi all,
Will anyone please share me the difference between SPP student visa and SDS student visa ? And which one is better ?
And will I get 3 year work permit after 2 year education in both SPP and SDS study visa ?

SPP program has been replaced by SDS program.

PGWP is not dependant on how you got.your visa. In most cases, if you do a two year program, you will get a 3 year PGWP.
