Hey there!!
My husband is a Canadian Citizen and I resides in Pakistan. A few weeks ago we applied for a visitor visa while PR application is in process but our application was rejected by them on following grounds.
1) we're not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident based on family ties in Canada.
2) we're not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident based on your current employment situation.
3) we're not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident based on the limited employment prospects in your country of residence.

We want to reapply for Visitor Visa. Can you please help us out by giving some suggestions?I don't have a job but we showed bank balance and land documents. It didn't work. The decision was made in 13 -15 days.

The issue is that you have a PR application in process and most likely need to wait until processed. If you want to resubmit a new visitor visa your have to show strong ties to Pakistan and that you are going to visit not move permanently (job, property etc.).

This is very normal. Spouses of citizens and PRs have a very difficult time getting TRVs because it is usually pretty clear that they are not temporary visitors but want to move to Canada. Unless you can show why you are only a temporary visitor and have no plans on remaining in Canada there isn't much of a point applying for a TRV. Having longterm good employment is usually the best evidence that you only want to visit your spouse and plan on returning home to your job.
