Me and my spouse got PR under CEC,
I was main applicant on the application, my spouse landed Canada last week from home country on landed papers. Is he going to get PR on yearly basis or he is fully Permanent residence now.

He is a permanent resident as you are.

I am not sure but in my opinion the divorce would not affect his PR unless he became a PR under spousal class which from your earlier post it is not.

On another note if you plan to divorce him should you even be concerned that whether he would be able to retain his PR or not.
