Spouses medical

Hi, I'm Canadian. I married my wife, a Cambodian girl, in Cambodia and while I was there she had her medical done for the spousal sponsorship. While there, a day or 2 after she finished we went there to pick up her medical report and all they gave us was a kind of reciept. They told me that the results would be sent to Singapore. Is that what is supposed to happen? When I send in my application for the wife to come to Canada, am I not supposed to send in the results also?

Not sure about Cambodia, but it is correct that you receive copy 2 of IMM1017 Medical report section A (well it was in my case) not the full test results.

ok, thanks Baloo. Thats what they said so I expected it but..

There was a paper that my wife sent me that shows medical test results that came with her police report. It was good. I asked her what that was from and she has no idea. She asked me if maybe the medical contacted the police and I have no idea either.(?)

I am wondering if I should send that in with the application even tho the application doesnt seem to ask for it.(?) Of if maybe I should not bother.
