i want to know, my wife (spouse) has 14 years external (pravite) education from university, some consultant says, if spouse done his becholar as external candidate you will get 3 points, but on immigration website for 14 years education for spouse point is 4.

The calculation of points for spouse's eduction is as shown below:

Completed a one or two-year post-secondary program and has at least 13 years of education : 3 points

Completed a three-year post secondary program and has at least 15 years of education : 4 points

NO POINTS for external education, unless final degree is private, your wife would not get anything.
