Yes you must show the bank Statment for you and for your spouse.

Still not clear.

The new application clearly asks; "What is YOUR assets?"

Don't worry much. One can show spouse's bank balance if both are migrating together .

We included Our Joint and Wife's account as Proof of Funds. We are Meds done, so that should be ok
As long as wife is included with you, there should be no problem.

No need to submit bank statement for both, spouse's bank statement is fine as long as he/she is included in the application..
