Spouse work permit

Hi...I applied for my husband's work permit on 26 March, 2019 .I am on work permit and I have open work permit. I am working on NOC- B job. We got Biometrics request and then after four weeks we got interview request. Interviewer asked several questions and then at end she said if you wife is working full time she earn $30000 annually which is not sufficient for expenses of both that is why am refusing your visa.Interview held on 20 June,2019 my husband said am also applying work visa so i will work for expenses and she said I don't want any argument but its more than 3 weeks we have not got any refusal letter yet.

It can take several weeks or even a couple of months to receive a refusal.

Your salary is extremely low for a NOC B role. You're pretty much at minimum wage. Unfortunately I think it makes sense that you were refused. Do you have an opportunity to find a hiring paying role? If so, I would wait until you have a new job before you reapply.

This is very suspicious. There is another employee doing the same current role also applying for SOWP and PR? What kind of work are you doing? As previously mentioned you should be making more at a skilled job. If you are on an open work permit you were/are able to find a higher paying job.

This salary is very low especially in provinces like ON, BC and AB. The fact that your employer has multiple work permit holders all administrative assistants and all applying for PR would raise my suspicions on what is going on with this employer.
