Hello Friends

I am in Canada and I have an expired PR.

My wife is not currently with me and she is in the process to get a job in Canada.

Will this affect my PR and also i have not yet informed CIC about my new marital status.

Can someone guide me how I should proceed for her work visa and any impact on my PR.

What do you mean you have an expired PR ? PR once landed never expires as such.

Do you mean you did not meet residency obligation or do you mean you failed to land by the time required ?
