I have already been approved for my study permit, and begin my studies Sept 2016.
We are going to apply for an open work permit for my wife, can someone confirm that I can do this now, from the UK and apply online? The CIC website is very confusing as it talks A LOT about applying for this permit once in Canada but doesn't talk about applying before you arrive in Canada!
