Spouse Work History: Contractual Work on Open Work Permit

Hi,
I'm planning to Submit my EE Profile and was hoping for some quick answers on my current situation with regards to spouse's work experience question:

1) I do not require points from my spouse's work experience
2) My spouse has an Open Work Permit since she came to Canada with me (18 months)
3) Her entire work experience in Canada is all contractual i.e. she has not been an employee for last 2 years, only working as a contractor. She has been on the same contract since 2015.

For 'Work History' section on EE profile for my Spouse, should I select 'No' to the question 'Does ...... have any work history?'

Yes you can do that but you must mention her work experience in the personal history section once you receive your ITA.

No proof of employment will be required.
