Hello, I really need some advice on my currently situation:

I have lived in Canada for over 10 years, I started to work from 2008 to current date.
I married my wife(She is Canadian Citizen)on 2013 and we submitted my PR application, it is received on May 2013.
My work permit expired in June 2013, However because we submit PR application with open work permit in May, I am able to stay and work for same company with implied status.

Today I got a notification that the company may be closed in 1 month, so if that happens I assume I will lose implied status cuz i no longer work for same company. Therefore, in order to stay in Canada, I believe that I have 2 options:

1. Study permit, the problem is I cannot approve that I'll leave Canada after I finish study because I lived in Canada over 10 years and my PR is in process. Am I right?

2. Visitor Visa, I cannot approve I have strong tie to my own Country for same reason.

Is there a special visa that Immigration allows me to stay in Canada till my PR stage 1 get approved?

Thank you!

If you applied inland you should have implied status throughout the process, as far as I'm aware.

You should still be considered on implied status regardless what happens with your job. If you did include an OWP along with the inland app and it was sent before your past status ran out (which you did) you should be good.

You will have "implied status" even after the company folds. You would just not able to work for another company. You would continue to be on "implied status" as a visitor after your employment ends. Until you get OWP approval, would you be able to work for any company.

So I think you don't have to do anything on your part except make sure you are not working after employment ends.
