Hey Everyone! Thank you for your responses.

I have one little query.

I was told if I will sponsor my spouse on a visitor visa after filing my spouse's PR then it'll put a hold on his PR application for the time he'll remain in Canada on that visitor visa.

Is it true?

I'm going to say no. I sponsored my husband in April (he's here as a visitor), then we applied to extend his stay in May... We got a decision made a week ago on the PR application, and approved for his visitor extension this past weekend.
