I have been in Canada as a student in 2014 and I leave Canada in 2016 before my visa expired but some personal reasons I couldn't study there.
Now my wife is studying in Canada and I want to apply for spouse visa am I eligible to apply?
Will my past stay effect on

I have not worked there because I had GIC money and I like to be with my friends there..
Still am I eligible to get the visa?

If you applied for a study permit , came and never went to school, the school will report you to the IRCC . Your study permit is cancelled and your stay in Canada was then unauthorized. Yes, it can effect any future applications to enter Canada since you did not abide by the rules of your study permit , which was to study in Canada, not to have lived here without authorization

But I have never get any removal order or deportation order or like that even they not asked me a single questions when I leaved c

You can apply , but as the link notes it can affect any future applications
In a nut shell , you NEVER abided by the conditions of your student visa , why would you not think there would NOT be any repercussions for any future applications
It’s more than likely is on file , you never attended school , the Government is notified
Good luck
