Hello Everyone,

I am from India got legally married in Jan'2015. My husband is a permanent resident and we are planning to get married traditionally in May'2015.
Can I submit my documents now for spousal visa process or wait till my traditional marriage and then put up my documents.

Also wanted to know can my husband submit documents for his Parents Super visa during the time spousal visa is under process.

Kindly reply.

Yes your husband can apply super visa.
If you are legally married, then you can sponsor. Keep in mind have lots of pictures and evidence of your guys's relationship (very important). They need (pictures of whole ceremony+trips taken+pictures with family etc..)call history, chat history, airplane tickets, boarding passes, all the proof that marriage and relationship is genuine
