Hello .. My name is Majid from Pakistan, there is an issue, kindly help if you have information related to it ..

The thing is I along with my fiance are applying in Canadian immigration with individual case and I am getting low CRS 330 approx and my fiance is getting CRS 440 approx, but my brother who is living in Canada he said its beneficial to apply with spouse (PUT ONE SOLID CASE), by that our point gets increased.

Her Ielts score is 7.5, she has 2 months of Turkey experience and 2 years of her own country's experience, she did masters (That is all she has).

Whereas my ielts score is 5.5, have 4 years of my own country experience, did masters and my my brother is living in Canada as well.

Purpose of sharing this information is ask which is beneficial ? I was going to attempt ielts again but my brother stopped me and said to apply with spouse by that we get CRS 450 above. I and my fiance will do proper engagement so we should get document as a proof and we will be able to apply as a spouse then but first, what do you recommend ?

Your top priority should be to increase your ielts score, otherwise your spouse's score will come down. There are 40 points for spouse out of which 20 are for ielts. Didn't your spouse get Ontario pnp?

ontario pnp ? i dont know what it is

Under Express Entry system, provinces can choose candidates from the EE pool and such applicants can apply for provincial nomination. If you get a provincian nomination (PNP) you will get 600 extra points added to your profile - which will increase your chances of getting selected for ITA.

Since your spouse has more than 400 points, they may be selected for Ontario PNP

Here is more info on Ontario PNP:
http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNP_EE_CAPITAL.html#display

Excerpt from the OINP website:
"OINP searches the Express Entry pool and identifies potential candidates who:
Have a minimum score of 400 on the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) in CIC’s Express Entry system, and
Meet the criteria of Ontario’s Human Capital Priorities Stream (see Section 2 for more information).
If OINP identifies you in the Express Entry pool, you will receive a PT Notification of Interest from Ontario through your MyCIC account. This notification will invite you to apply to OINP for nomination under the Human Capital Priorities Stream."
