Hii..
I hve recently applied study visa for canada and my visa is approved but now i am getting married now and i do not hve time to change my marital status on documents... So is it required or compulsory to change anything on documents like passport and other

Yes but someone told me today That it is required to do so that is why i am confirming and my immigration told me not to do but m doubtful

You were not married before your study visa was approved.

You got married afterwards.

Canada doesn't care if your passport has your name or his name in it. Canada cares if there is a marriage certificate and other proof to prove the relationship is genuine.

You do not need to update your passport.

As long as you and your wife declare that you are married in any documentation you submitted after marriage then you will be fine. As already mentioned getting a permit for your spouse to join you is not guaranteed.
