Spouse visa extension

Hi...my wife started her study at Canada having 1yr PG course. So
When she can call her spouse ?
How long her spouse can get visa?
Can her spouse eligible to extend visa?
Should she continue her study for another year or in 1 yr she is eligible for PR

Spouses can try and apply for a sowp but it is not guaranteed for spouses of international students. It would be the same length as her study permit.
