i have a personal situation here like any others might have. my husband is doing his phd. we have two children of 7 and 3 years. his phd will take some where between 5 to 7 years, in some cases even more. so he will not be able to join us permanently till then. can i take my children along with me and my spouse not accompanying? please do reply ...
