Re: SPOUSE VISA DURING SPONSORSHIP PROCESS

It is very unlikely that you will be able to go to Canada as a visitor, but you can try if you'd like. The only reason I say this is because in immigration they are looking for you wanting to move and live and start a new life in Canada, and that you wouldn't want to return to your home country. In a visitor visa, they want you to show that you have ties to your home country so that you won't want to just stay and live in a country. Here's the website if you are interested. Everything about what you need to apply for a visit is posted:

Re: SPOUSE VISA DURING SPONSORSHIP PROCESS

thanks for your kind reply, but I heard that because of the Canadian Immigration increase the time line for spousal sponsorship, most of the people applying for a visit visas and got it, so i was wondered if somebody here in this forum did the same so i could be able to get some information about that

Hello Zawaar,
I am from India

I got recently (arranged )married

I tried visa two days before marriage - first time - rejected
two days after marriage with marriage certificate - second time - rejected

last month after applying for sponsorship and enclosed online receipt - third time - rejected

I think I have a good understanding now of the TR V visa process.

They will not give because your wife can stay back in Canada if something wrong happens in the PR or sponsorship.

Maybe you can try after the sponsorship is approved.

Did you apply in September?
