I’m Jamaican and so is my husband. We recently got married in Jamaica May 2019.
We applied for the visa before 3 times and got rejected. Our 4th attempt was August 2 we got communication on August 21 for a original passport request! Yay! My husband will be coming October. He’ll be submitting his passport on Tuesday. Fingers crossed it’s multiple but passport requests are a great sign, just wanted to share my experience. Don’t be discouraged! Don’t listen to people saying it’s almost impossible. It’s not!
