Spouse Sponsorship!!!

My Situation is, I came here in Canada as a Live-in Caregiver since 2007. I got married to a Canadian year 2009. We process the spouse sponsorship last Sept. 2009...Back to my country I had 3 children I included them to my application & sponsor them as well... I was wondering if when will I get my PR? Is it the same time when the papers of my kids will approved? i've never went home to my country not even a vacation cause I was afraid that my application will deny...Can anybody help me how to get my PR as soon as possible so that I can have my vacation and see my children back home....Please I need more ideas & advice...

If you and your kids are all on the same application, everything will happen together.
You cannot speed up the process.
